Technology is the key to optimizing FM services

In an era of labor shortages, hybrid work environments and ever-changing regulatory standards, facilities management (FM) has become an increasingly complex endeavor. Through digital systems, facilities managers can oversee vendor relationships across different government-owned properties at the same time to remain within budget while real-time data collections allow FM teams to track actual expenses against budgeted or projected ones.
